MgD3 contains 60k d3 in it and is it safe to consume 60k d3 daily or will it be overdose to consume that much? I have magnesium and vitamin d3 deficiencies. D3 level is 18.5

60000 iu of vitamin d is taken once a week for ,for 10 to 15. Weeks depending insufficiency or deficiency.Daily use will definitely results in vitamin d toxicity which is harmful for the body.Magnesium supplement can be taken daily.
