Took vit d3 60k iu yesterday without magnesium or k2. Today my calf was paining then i stretched and hydrated myself so the calf pain went after that. But now my knee above is having some pain. We don't have magnesium or k2 here so I won't get it. I ate some cashews and oats and almonds. What should i do?
