According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like typhid fever. As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start

On the basis of your current infection take treatment as follow as 1- Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 2 week before food. 2- Tab Taxim 2 time per day for 2 week  after food. 3-Tab Azikem 1 time per day for 2 week after food. 4-cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 2 week after food. 5- Syp Aristozyme 5 ml 2 time per day for 2 week after food. 6- Syp Multivitamin A to Z 5 ml 2 time per day for 2 week . these treatment are for typhoid .
