Intermittent fasting kindly help me...mm
I come back from my duty at 9pm..i barley have my dinner at 10pm..so can i keep my eating window.. From.. 2 to 10??? N if I mrng shif start can i change it??

Eat dal with rice at night. Breakfast you need to have dosa with mint chutney consume once a week. Chapti with vegetables. Yogurt to have on daily basis.

You can, but you can switch to simple carbs and high fibre diet at night. As well add any of the exercise during the day likewise walk/ yoga/ running etc.
