Intense Weakness
I am suffering from Weakness since last 5-6 mnths. But problem is becoming more intense since last 2 months. My sleeping schedule always remains messy, once i go to bed, i will wake up after 12 hours normally. Due to this, sometimes i sleep in night and sometimes in day in cyclic schedule. now, i sleep in day but after 2-3 days, this will reverse, i will start sleeping in night automatically. I have this habit of sleeping since last 9-10 years. now, i cannot stand at one place for more than 2-3 minutes, i have to study while laying down on bed, even i cannot sit for more than 10 minutes. My hemoglobin always remains below 10, once it was 5.8 in 2014 and it was 9 in 2016. Currently i am expecting it to be in range of 7-8. No or minimal excercise, Low activity due to self study, Currently, i drink enough water but i don't feel hungry generally, due to this, i eat only once because i don't feel good while eating, food doesn't taste good. what should I do to improve my condition ASAP?
