Dear mam Thank you for your query. Is there anything that has been worrying you? Are you under stress because of something. If yes, then dealing with that can be beneficial please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation to understand this further. The assessment will also involve relevent physical examination and tests to rule out any physical cause for these symptoms. Also a detailed psychological assessment to understand what is causing these. Feeling sad, lack of energy, low concentration level, disturbed sleep can all occur in mental health issues like depression. So please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra

Few of them or all can be present at a time. Dengue can act as a precipitating i.e. stress factor for causing these symptoms. Depending on the severity your treatment will be decided. I think it could be due to some reasons.. Probably, you are unhappy about something or someone else... Or, you find it difficult to take decisions and in a conflict... For more clarity and understanding do consult a psychologist in your city personally.
