Inside left cheek ther is a bulging line looks like a vein can u help me find out what it is please

this line is present usually on both cheeks.it is called linea alba.its basically formed by meeting of biting planes of all the upper and lower  teeth horizontally. .if it is appearing  more prominent  then i suggest visit ur dentist n gt chk up done
