I show inside right cheek and inside corner of mouth last two months some small small many spot which colour yellowish white and not itching no burning no bleeding not increase in size not any problems in eating I never chewing tobacco occasionally smoking only whats the problem is please give me medicine y this create please suggest medicine

I am an Oral Pathologist and dealing with such cases is my speciality. It sounds like what is called as FORDYCES SPOTS / GRANULES.
These occur naturally due to ectopic entrapment of sebaceous glands in the oral cavity during embryogenesis.

All white .. yellow and black spots are not cancerous lesions ...remove the thought that u r getting some disease...
As u have told u are a smoker .... it might be due to smoking because excessive smoking with stress causes lot of ulcerations in the mouth
