Yellowish spots are also called Fordyce's granules. These are normal and usually no treatment required. But you can start taking multivitamin tablets for 15 days.
In some cases if they are extensive.. Treatment like laser treatment or other is done.
Please do not worry and visit a dentist after the lockdown is over.
