My gums have been bleeding for almost a month now, while brushing my teeth. Since a week, even when not brushing, slight pressure makes them bleed. And my gums feel numb all the time.

In order of importance you need 1. A thorough dental check up 2. A full mouth xray 3. A thorough scaling (cleaning) 4. Depending on xray findings and post scaling result, a minor gum surgery. Do not delay or you will end up severely compromising your dental health.

Please dont take this issue lightly. Bleeding gums could be a warning sign to periodontitis or an underlying vitamin deficiency. Unfortunately home remedies are not the solution for it. Visit a dentist so that your problem can be treated thoroughly .
