You feel pain on left or right aide???your left mandibular third molar is erupting in inclined position ......because of which it is damaging the second molar which also cause pain and that pain radiate to ear  also

There is no chance for the tooth to erupt by it's own in this age.Its better to remove the teeth if there is more pain .Do you have  more pain while you bend down or in supine position.?May be maxillary sinusitis..

Good morning sir If you have pain and you are uncomfortable with the pain then you should go for its removal and should not wait for more pain to come Till then you can do harm salt rinses and take ketorol DT in case of severe pain You can also practo consult us Regards
