Hello. Include foods like eggs , milk, mango, guava, soft foods like khichdi , fresh curds, soups and porridges. These are easy to digest. Please note, there are no instant ways to increase immunity- it is a gradual process and depends on various factors. However, eat healthy proteins and stay hydrated for faster recovery.

Hi, To develop immunity is gradual process, it can't be done instantly. Include more vegetables and fresh fruits in diet. Follow a balanced diet, where good quality protein should present. Drink water 3 litre per day. Do exercise in regular basis which helps to detox body and should have sound sleep about 6-7 hours.
