Im 24yrs height 5'5 , weight is 48kg
My height is 165 cm Age is 24 weight is 48Kg.. Plz suggest any supplement or way to increase calories intake .. i almost take 1200 apprx calories per day .. what i need to do now Can i take Horlicks protein plus ?? How mushroom powder is ?? Is it helpful in gain weight ? I want to gain 55 kg atleast i need to gain 7-8 kg more . I have no health issues every test is done health checkup is normal but metabolism is fast ..

It looks  like there is defecit in your calorie  intake, you have to add atleast  500 to 750 calories  on a everyday  basis  and they should  be mainly from your protein  source. This will help you to gain approximately 1/2 to 750gms. This increased intake should be well substantiated with optimum combination of  muscle building  activity.
