Hello, The description provided by you is very brief, however it seems that you are suffering from senseless, repetitive, intrusive, thoughts. Your inability to stop or control these thoughts is possibly causing a lot of distress. If the above hypothesis is a correct description of your problem then you are in all likelihood suffering from Obsessive Compulsive disorder. However a comprehensive assessment is required to confirm, or rule out this disorder. Other psychiatric illnesses like depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder etc will also require to be assessed for. Hence my suggestion for you is to please seek a consultation with a psychiatrist for detailed assessment and further management. I do sincerely believe that your condition can be helped with proper guidance and treatment. A combination of medication and psychological intervention should be well suited to your health needs. Please do not hesitate or delay in seeking help as delay can lead to complications. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future.
