Hi, It's common to have sexual thoughts. If it is causing you distress repeatedly then it could be obsession. (OCD) There are many simple therapeutic techniques which I can teach you through Counselling sessions. Psychological Assessment will determine Frequency, Duration, Severity etc.. (Confidentiality is Absolute)
