I am female 16 years old. Pcos patient. My bmi is 29.8 . Weight is 83 kgs. I wanted to know how much weight to lose in a month is okay. And how much weight to lose in week is okay?? Is it safe if I lose 2kgs per week??

2-3 kg per month is ok ,due to pcod weight loss should be scientific way so don't use any supplements follow diey ,weight training exercise ,home remedies ,detox water u will cure from pcod and also weight loss u will get . Yes it’s safe to lose 2kgs per week ! Losing weight in a healthy way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hr. To boost up your metabolism. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps daily. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

Hi, 100 grams weight loss a day which is 2.5-3 Kgs a month is scientific way of losing weight. This weight will not bounce back if taken care. Too much weight loss in a short span means muscle loss which will drop your metabolism.

Ideal weight loss of  1 - 1.5 kgs per months is considered healthy.. all is dependent on your height to weight ratio which decides your BMI...
