You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.

Weight should be 10-12 kgs in 2 mnths to loose . Just start some small changes in your routine like watch your steps or any physical activity with water intake . For reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening.. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

You need to take a fibre rich and protein rich low calorie diet.Avoid sweets, bakery products, processed foods and junk foods totally. Exercise daily for 60 mins and take 6-8 hours of sleep. Losing 20 kgs in 2 months is not easy and also not advisable.
