I think i have pitta dosha
I have pitta dosha in my stomach n sore throat  ... From 2 years .. suffering from gastritis n high stomach acid... I eat. Normal food without spicy... Yesterday someone tell me clove is good for this ... So i take one clove   with food ... now today my urine is burning .. got loose motions ... Burning in stomach...burning in rectum... Feel nausea vomating... Plz help me

Having pitta and then consumed clove...what a havoc u did man.
Next Steps
1) Do vomiting alternate days with saline warm water....do this under proper guidance only. Fastest way 2) 5 days course of 1 Rantac tab empty stomac early morning only with normal water....don't exceed more than 5 days 3) Avipattikar churna with honey or warm water- 4gm 1hr after food twice a day....continue this for 15 days only

1)Eat food with half glass of warm water...take one sip after few bites. Never ever drink normal or cold water after eating food for atleast 1hr minimum.  This definitely leads to acidity, so stop if u r doing.

Take home made butter milk daily in lunch,rose sharbat or khus sharbat instead of tea.clove is hot so it increases ur pitta,if u have cough and cold then you can take but only 1,2 daily.take 1coconut water daily,it reduces ur symptoms.

U have taken guidance from a wrong person... Guided u pathetic.. If u r a pitta person and u take clove , it will aggravate ur pitta more and u will face more issue.. So always take proper counseling from an expert only..

Clove is not good if your pitt dosh increase.pitt dosh means garmi or agr apke pet ka pitt dosh already bada hua ha to ap clove loge to or pitt dosh badhega because clove ki tasir  garm hoti ha wo or pitt badhega so do not tale clove.or urine burn bhi increase krega agr ap clove lete rahoge.so stop taking clove with food. You need a proper treatment. So consult here agr ap consult nai bhi krna chate then do not eat garm tasir  food and fruit,tea,coffe, chane ki dal,bringle  ki sabji for few days. For start right treatment we need proper history. :- Add curd in your diet.
