I stopped breastfeed
I stopped breastfeeding but I am gaining weight rapidly . I exercise 45 min daily and do walking 1 hour . Is it normal to gain weight after stop feeding . . I was 54 kg but now I am 57 kg . A lot of fat on my stomach belly and chest .

Hello No, its not normal to gain weight after stopping breastfeeding. May be you are eating same diet, with additional calories which you were eating while breastfeeding. Change your diet to include more sprouts, low fat milk, fresh fruits and vegetables, salads and soups. Don't eat fried, oily, processed, refined foods. Drink Luke warm water during the day. Thanks

You need to restrict  few things in your diet like sugar, white rice, sweets , whole milk, saturated fat like butter ghee, fruits like banana... Include food like whole cereals and pulses, nuts, and soaked chia seeds, 1 tsf flax seed Continue exercises and walk.

Yes after stopping breastfeeding usually there is a weight gain. Avoid taking high sugar containing food products and high fat containing food products Take high fibre and good protein diet
