Snorning is because you're not able to breath properly when you fall asleep maybe because of short neck or due to blockage of airway.
Try sleeping in left lateral decubitus position without pillow this will be helpful.
Weight loss
• ENT consultation in person for physical examination and further management
• Polysomnography
• Positional therapy (avoidance of the supine position, to decrease snoring and, potentially, obstruction)
