Loud snoring, Blood pressure High
I'm snoring very loudly since 2 years.. And recently I checked my BP..it is showing 140/90 or 130/90 .. I'm always cool.. Previously I was suffered with headaches.. But, now I'm cool.. But, there is no reduction in snoring and BP.. I thought I have a visceral fat in my stomach.. Please tell me the reasons and tell some exercises/Diet to control these naturally?

Perhaps your BP is associated with sleep apnea.Consult with a ENT specialist or a pulmonologist in your area.As far as the BP reading is concerned , modify your diet habits ie reducing the salt intake, increasing the potassium rich sources and include physical activity for atleast 30 minutes a day for a few months before you consider taking medicines

It sounds like your symptoms may be related to a few different factors. Snoring, high blood pressure, and visceral fat can all be interconnected. Snoring, especially loud snoring, can sometimes be a sign of sleep apnea, a condition where breathing is temporarily interrupted during sleep. This can contribute to higher blood pressure and fatigue. Additionally, visceral fat, the fat that surrounds your organs, can also increase the risk of cardiovascular issues and elevated blood pressure. For natural control, you can try the following steps: 1. **Exercise**: Regular physical activity is crucial to reduce visceral fat and improve cardiovascular health. Focus on a mix of cardio (like brisk walking, jogging, or cycling) and strength training exercises. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. 2. **Diet**: Adopt a heart-healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Reduce your intake of processed foods, sugar, and excessive salt. Consider including more fiber in your diet to help reduce visceral fat. 3. **Sleep hygiene**: Improving sleep quality can help reduce snoring. Sleep on your side, avoid alcohol before bed, and maintain a regular sleep schedule. 4. **Weight management**: Losing even a small amount of weight can improve snoring and lower your blood pressure. Please consult me directly for a more detailed evaluation of your symptoms and personalized treatment options.
