Such a kind of method of loosing weight in a short period is really not advisable it has a lots of other disease symptoms though u loose weght in a short period.U need to completely avoid all carbohydrates ptotrin food .,and coming back to normal food will have a drastic irrersible change in ur health.. Instead u follow a strict vegetarian food planned diet. U eat plenty of 75 percent of ur meal as vegetables,sprouts and fruits everyday. Walnuts,almonds figs will nourish and also stabilise ur body to loose extra fat. Substitute rice with millets.. Walk,exercise yoga intensely for an hour everyday. Drink enough waterbuttermilk. Papaya banana gauva black currantsare healthy to eat. Avoid fastfood,bakeryfoods,preserved foods.

It takes a lot of efforts to reduce belly fat.you need a proper planned workout ie planks,crunches,abs.Diet should be rich in complex carbohydrates, proteins and fibre  rich foods.you can take variety of veg and pulses.To plan a diet I need to take a diet history in detail to know your body type.
