I have triglycerides 350 and HDL is 29
Please suggest to me the diet to decrease the triglycerides and increase the HDL. My LDL and cholesterol is under control only.

1 thsp coriander seeds mix with 1 glass water to have early morning on empty stomach. Mid morning have fruits to eat. Lunch bhajra with salad and curd. Evening snack  to drink  juice with nuts consume daily. In the night have egg to have dinner time

Make sure your diet is low in fat. The quality of fat should be understanding. Consuming good quality of protein specially white meat (lean portions) along with nuts and oilseeds (almonds, walnuts, chia seeds and flax seeds) can be included (5 grams / day- daily intake) Practice exercises and yoga like sarvangasana, bhujangasana, pranayam, jogging and walking. Also ensure to include plant based milk and it's products like almond milk, rice milk, oats milk and restrict animal milk

stop the in take of visible fats, like fried and deep fried meals and snacks. eat few nuts everyday, triglycerides will reduce over a period of 3 months.
