Hello, the vitamin d levels are on the lower end, please get the required dose of vitamin d by the physician, and expose your skin to direct sunlight for 30 mins everyday between 11am-3pm. In order to decrease the triglyceride levels in the body, you need to cut down the intake of oil, fat, ghee, etc. Switch to rice bran oil, or ground nut oil, sunflower oil, which have better source of fat as the cooking oil. Reduce the intake of visible fats and switch to invisible source coming from nuts and oil seeds, like flax seeds, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, etc. Increase the intake of fiber in your diet, as that would bind to the excess fat in the gut and reduce the absorption. Devote at least 45-60 mins daily for physical activity. These points will help you reduce the body triglyceride levels.
