I have pain in neck,spasm or pain
I have pain in back and neck,I want to know it's due to spasm or due to weight lifting pain,i went to doctor he gave Accel plus tablet

Stop Exercises For some time till the Pain Gets Normal Give Rest To Affected Part Pain Will Subside

Try stretching a bit if ur pain increase or u find difficult to do so then it is purely spasm . Check whether swelling is there or not

Neck - apply ice pack for 10 mins ... isometric neck exercises, neck movements Back - apply hot pack 15 mins , back exercises flexion n extension exercises.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. It's very hard to say is Ur pain Bez of muscle spasm or overstretch or overtired or repetitive stress injury. Wrong posture can be one of the reason. How long is Ur neck n back pain history...is it acute or chronic... Unless diagnosed properly, it's very hard to suggest the correct treatment. In acute pain u can do icing while in chronic pain u can do hot pack. If wrong posture is a issue u can learn to do postural correction exercises...

If its in ur cervical region then its not due to weight lifting..It can be a spasm depending upon Your work culture n posture. yes, its in lower back then it might be due to weight lifting in bad posture. Medicine will help in pain relief else u can visit physiotherapy clinic

Hai u haven’t said whether r u working or home finance department if ur the first one then you should is a proper chair to sit and work it may be mechanical pain or if ur home fiance then take care while ur doing ur kitchen work avoid lifting weight much . Gentle application of hot and cold pack followed by pain relieving gel will give u a soothing effect . Take care
