according to your report, you will get better with conservative treatment such as physiotherapy. You can walk and take care of your baby too. Just be cautious of uneven surfaces as it may hamper your balance
Next Steps
continue physiotherapy exercises

You need to give  rest to your knee, start using knee brace and take physiotherapy( electical modalities)for pain management after pain subsides start knee isometric ,strengthening exercises,VMO. Avoid stairs for atleast 2 weeks then start using stairs(only when needed ) with knee brace on or else if you can avoid them for a month

Look for improvement in movement and function more than structural healing. Exercise at home after taking guidance from a physiotherapist and increase movement as it gets easier to do. Treatment modalities, supports, or medication may give initial relief, but proper exercise planning and continuing moderate level of activity should remain the main focus.
Next Steps
Follow up from time to time with your physio to change exercises during different phases of recovery.
Health Tips
You may need regular exercise for 3-5 months to feel the stability and ability close to normal.

Hi mam, you have grade 2 ACL injury with meniscus tear. Basically these won't heal on themselves as they don't have their own blood supply. Better to Rest, Ice, Protection and Exercise for next 6 weeks. If same problem occurs in next 4-6 weeks, then surgery is the only option.

Your MRI shows that your knee pain is due to ligament and meniscus injury.  I would like to know in physiotherapy which treatment has been suggested to you and how long? With Physiotherapy you can get best improvement. But it depends on the treatment and exercises and number of sessions. As of now you have to avoid stair climbing, because it will hurt your knee. One time is allowed.. You can consult me online for treatment suggestions and exercise therapy.

It is grade 2 tear, you should take rest avoid stairs, physiotherapy will help recover from pain but the tear wont heal untill you use stairs, it needs full rest or minor arthroscopy will be done to repair the tear.
