Due to several reasons there will be clicking sound. take calcium rich diet and few knee stremgthening quadricep exerxises will reduce the knee oain. hot pack twicw a day will be helfull Cipcal D3 once a week with milk, Mayospaz twice a day after food can be taken as medicine.

Do you have any history of previous injury? Do you have anaemia or diabetes? You should concentrate on your diet. You should take iron rich and calcium rich food. You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes on your knee. You should do knee stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.

Is there any history of injury? At your age clicking of knee can be the reason of meniscal tear which leads small part of cartilage between the knee. Is there any swelling around the knee? U need to visit near hospital to get full assessment.

u can apply ice for 10-15 min thrice a day go for static exercise of quadriceps wear an orthotic that will help u while walking
