Knee joint usually bears a lot of body weight. Thus if overweight try to reduce your weight. To me having knee joint issues at such a young age is a sign of very poor posture. Ur buttock n abdominal muscles may be are weak and thigh muscles are overloaded. U don't want to strengthen your quads and hamstrings. U ll HV to do stretching exercises for Ur leg muscles. Also if u HV a habit of locking Ur knees while standing n walking...it is putting too much stress on Ur knee joint.
Next Steps
Consult online for couple of sessions for correct assessment and proper treatment

X ray shows reduction of joint space and change in the alignment of bone. If you are overweight or recently gained weight, please focus on weight reduction as it will relieve the pressure. Also, start with quadricep setting exercises. Simply keep a towel roll below your knee. Squueze and press your knee on the towel. You will requires additional VMO strengthening and hamstring stretches. Also, take care of your posture. Do not stand with tight hyperextend knees. Always keep them neutral.

Where does your knee hurt. Knee pain in the front could be sorted with adequate assessment and exercise. It might require hands on treatment. But during this lockdown time, look to take online consult and start with strengthening and stretching.
