We need to know your details like height, weight, physical activity level, your daily routine etc. to prescribe diet plan.
Include oats, whole grains, sprouts, fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Avoid fried, processed, ready to eat foods. Cut down on sugary items, bakery foods, pickles and papad.

Early morning walk ,avoid maida and bakery products,use less salt ,less sugar throughout the day,include lot of green vegetables and fruits in your meal ,take adequate amount of protein.
