Lamonade with pinces of salt two three times. Change life style n diet plan drastically first than go for consultation. Bland diet plan, exercise as walk.add salad, fruits butter milk curd, SPROUTS. Stop fried items packet food, fast food, n outside food.

Thank you for sharing your concern. For BP, you should measure in the morning consecutively for atleast 7 days. Then only you should start taking medication. And for fatty liver, you should take Liv 52 syrup/ tablet. Kindly consult me , if you need more assistance and guidance.
