BP is often 113/63
Hi doctor I regularly check my bp and I am litlle bit worried about my BP so I wanted to know is it normal or do I need to consult.. I check my bp and it always comes on an average 113/63.. You can say that the lower one does come between 60 to 70 and the upper one comes between 105 to 118.. Is it normal doctor?? Or should i seek any doctor for this..? I feel normal just little bit tiredness and lazy which I think it happens because of anxiety issues..also please tell when do we say if the bp is high or low??

Your bp is slightly on lower side. Have you checked your thyroid levels? Are you on any medications? Any history of palpitations/weights loss/constipation or diarrhoea? Need some detail history for proper evaluation and management
