You need to check if you're eating correctly, sleeping enough and exercising right.  You also need to drink enough water, include fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, whole grains, protein rich foods like dal, curd, paneer, eggs & lean meat.  Avoid fried food, Maida, sugar and foods containing these e.g packaged food.
