I had dry cough from last 2 months
I everyone I had dry cough from last 2 months but 9 days back i went ayurvedic doctor now my cough reducing day by day but he told not to eat even fruits,dry fruits only tiffin ,lunch,dinner in between should not eat anything but now my weight is reducing but I am alredy thin girl it's becoming again weight so how can I gain weight with natural in home

Please follow what your doctor have told, if you are taking food for only 3 times it's purely healthy. No need to worry & use 3tsp of desi ghee with food

you can take your meals properly as well as you can take your mid meals too..avoid cold and greasy food which increases cough, reason of weight loss should be assessed ,then only can treat it properly
