In Ayurveda, tuberculosis (Rajayakshma) is a Sannipataja disorder affecting all three doshas. At the first stage, herbal support can aid recovery. Herbal Remedies: Vasavaleha – Relieves persistent cough. Chyawanprash – Boosts immunity and lung function. Sitopaladi Churna + Honey – Soothes throat and clears mucus. Guduchi + Ashwagandha – Reduces fatigue and stress. Pippali Rasayana – Enhances respiratory health. Diet & Lifestyle: Eat warm, light food with ghee; avoid cold, heavy meals. Practice deep breathing and mild yoga. Use Brahmi oil for stress relief and better sleep. Tuberculosis needs personalized Ayurvedic treatment, so consultation is recommended.
