Try to do work in a way that no feedback comes to your way.
A d if still feedbacks do come just hear the feedback and dont focus on the persons face or think who must have complained. What will happen now. Etc.
But for long term again i would suggest seek a counsellor. He will be able to tell why you are unable to process feedback as feedback and percieve it as rejection.
