I can't take negative feedback .it goes in to my Head. Either I feel bad or angry. I am facing very hard time because of that

Don’t take negative feedback like a cuss or abuse
It’s just a feedback and could be honest one. It’s imperative for growth you will know what you could not do right and work on it properly
It will help you grow and widen your perspectives
Try to take out positive even from negative feedback it’s possible
Consult any psychologist online or in person for a detailed discussion

Try to do work in a way that no feedback comes to your way.
A d if still feedbacks do come just hear the feedback and dont focus on the persons face or think who must have complained. What will happen now. Etc.
But for long term again i would suggest seek a counsellor. He will be able to tell why you are unable to process feedback as feedback and percieve it as rejection.
