Hysterectomy
I have done total abdominal hysterectomy (,uterus,overy and cervix)last month , my age is 48 . What is the side effects it and after 1 month my weakness has not gone . How is hernia arises after the surgery .I mean what precautions should be taken . If i sneezing ,coughing one to two times can hernea arises?

Weakness is not because of the surgery
You need to have a good protein rich diet
Hernia can happen if you are overweight and there are things that increase your intra abdominal pressure like constipation constant coughing that can be dispose you to development of hernia
Coughing or sneezing two times will not cause hernia
