Bulky uterus with fibroid
As per ultrasound report, uterus is seen anteverted and enlarged in size measuring 103*80mm. Contains a hypoechoic area 58*56mm in diam in fundal and body region. cervix seems unhealthy.

uterus is quite big. according to ur report and considering your age i would recommend hysterectomy. uterus removal. for further queries consult me online
