Hypothyroidism
Hello doctor. I have hypothyroidism. It was diagnosed in 2018. My TSH at the time was 6.99. TPO test was NEGATIVE. Am I at risk for Thyroid cancer? Please tell me. I've been suffering from terrible anxiety. I can't sleep at night because I'm always worried. Life has become miserable because I can't control my anxiety issues.

Apparently you didn't take any medicine in the last 3 years since some doctor  diagnosed Hypothyroidism. I suggest you please get the Thyroid profile repeated and consult a General Physician on Practo.

No , Change the attitude towards hypothyroidism. It's a like TV antenna which is throwing out less signals thus Picture looks blur. Same thyroid gland throws out less hormone, jus take tabs regularly. Keep in touch with your doc. Cancer is like expecting TV signals in England from your home Dish antenna in India. Possible, but very very less chances, practically not common.
