Hypothyroidism and weight loss
Hi, I have been suffering from hypothyroidism and struggling with weight loss. I have been taking medication but still I feel it is not having any impact on weight loss.i have started going to gym regularly with controlled food habits as well. Still I am not able to see much impact. Is there anything wrong, is my medication correct, what should be my diet habit and what should I do to reduce weight.i am currently taking 187mg of dosage every day. Please guide me and help me. Thanks
