Hypothyroidism and.cardio
I m suffering from hypothyroidism immediately after my delivery in 2009. Have swelling in entire body. .gained weight from 55 to 80.. my mitral valve has also been replaced with an artificial one. Kindly suggest me what should I eat and especially what I shouldn't. Kindly provide a diet chart for a semi vegetarian (egg) with 4 to 5 small meals in a day considering cardio issue. Thanks and regards

U need to reduce 33 KGS that too fat. For mitral valve replacement u need to have specific diet. We need to know your lifestyle and food habits to plan diet for you.I can help with 4-5 KGS weight loss in month that too with natural methods

Hi thanks for your question & I will be happy to help u. For hypothyroidism - avoid too much fibres foods , little mix of refined wheat like maida/ flour. Also add little more iodine rich salt not more than 3 GM whole day. Avoid spinach, local greens, cauliflower, cabbage ,avocados. Rest all okay. Cam add little more onion & garlic. Avoid all seeds, soya, soya foods or oils. Very less or low quantity sprouts. For cardio - avoid all fried, spicy, oily foods. No trans or saturated fats rich foods or meals. Only 2 tsf or 20 ml white plain oil. No butter, ghee, cheese, creams rich or process foods. No out side street or occasionally foods .home made simple foods with basic strew, soup ,vegetables, egg white 1, mug dal only. Chana, curd , skim milk max 200/ml or same dairy foods. Mainly u b to avoid all fast, junk , rich spicy foods. Simple less organic or vegan diet. Mild home based working, activities, yoga provide added help. All must be a balanced well planned. I request you to get a personlised diet plan by any experience dieticians.
