Hello, Yoga can be an effective part of the management plan but the treatment primarily has be to centred around proper therapy like Exposure Response Prevention + Cognitive Behaviour Therapy which only a professional like a Clinical Psychologist can give you.

Yoga is just a way to work on calming your mind. Though therapy helps in understanding the root cause of the behavior. I have had many sessions with people who have done , yoga, meditation, Bhagwad Gita classes etc . Though until you let the emotions out - not point in loading your self with new things - know your self first and therapy is a great process for it
