Can u please tell me how serious is hydronephrosis of my one month old baby also he have right renal pelvic fullness

When was the scan done?? as some of the newborn babies will have mild hydro.for few days after birth, and usually it subsides on its own. Please get a review scan done ,and if it still persists, it requires thorough investigation and meticulous management. Dont ignore as it can lead to chronic kidney disease latet.
