I'm 20 weeks pregnant had anomaly scan.my scan showed that baby kidneys are swollen measuring 4mm and other is 5-6mm.is it dangerous?can I continue pregnancy

Hello,yes it can be physiological also.you need to perform postnatal ultrasound then only we can confirm.according to my opinion you can continue with pregnancy
