Dont get panic, there is no harm for life of baby if other organs, body parts and fetal heart rate is normal. Remember to get usg abdomen for baby after birth. Treatment will be according to the scan report

dont panic as it will cause fetal distress (for baby). be calm and take healthy diet and get scan of baby after delivery

If the issues is just with kidneys, there is no immediate harm to the baby’s life.
But immediately after birth, baby might need scans and an assessment by a pediatric surgeon to see what is the actual gravity of the renal issue.
Also assessment of other organs will be important post birth (like heart, brain, spine)
