Hello parent We need to continue pregnancy till term if amniotic fluid is adequate(seen in USG of mother). We should plan delivery of the baby at a tertiary care centre with good  facilities available for newborn as few of these babies need support immediately after delivery. We have to look for passage of urine and stream of urine after birth. Baby will also need consultation of a Pediatric surgeon.
Next Steps
Keep neonatologist/ Pediatrician and Pediatric surgeon in the loop. Watch for stream of urine. USG and lab tests after delivery and stabilising the baby post delivery Tertiary care care centre delivery/ transfer of the baby to a setup with good facilities including surgical if needed.

Hi, Nothing to do now. Once the baby is born, get a ultrasound KUB on 2-5 days.
