You may be lean and thin genetically or having any other problems, let me know. Hi dear, you get your thyroid level checked and a visit a physician to detect any other physical issues you are having or not. Else may be your genetic stature is thin. No worries, if all OK. Then definitely you can increase little weight and not look sickly. You need to have some high calorie yet nutritious foods like peanuts, nuts, banana, high protein foods.
