Why i m not getting weight?
I m not able to gain weight since last 1 and half year. And i dont have any sickness or medical problem.

Start ur day with exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Take 3main meal and 2-3snacks per day. Add plenty of water. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet . Avoid junk and oily food.

u can go for test like thyroid, hb , calcium , proteins -here are some tips u can follow Take regular meals - Add carbohydrates, fats, proteins, in each meal( like in breakfast, lunch, dinner) - Take in between snakes like dry fruits, bananas, peanuts chikki. - increased intake of chappti or rice in a day https://www.facebook.com/rfldcranjitfatlossdietclinic/
