I m not getting proper body weight.
M 25 yr male height about 5feer 9inch. My body weight is 60 kg last one year I try so much thing to increase my weight like eating good meal fruits EC but my weight is not increasing. But sometimes it start decreasing after eating the healthy diet. What should I do ..Which doctor I consult

Hi, You can opt from all the variety of pulses, eggs, white meat I.e. chicken and fish for proteins prepared in less oil with healthy way of cooking methods or any type of healthy preparation like sprouts, steamed or cooked on low heat with lid. cover. For carbohydrates you can select any of grains in combination in a healthy way of preparation. Select all the seasonal vegetables and fruits of variety around 4 to 5 servings. Add seasame seeds,chia seeds soaked almonds in your diet as well Atleast 500 ml of low fat milk or its products must be included in your daily intake. Keep proper hydration. Avoid readymade foods ,fried foods and refined as well as processed products.
