Hi I understand your concern in terms of your health. I will suggest you to check with the physician that is there any underlying cause for your low body weight or a family trend? If all are OK, you can start with high protein diet along with some exercises. It is better you go for natural High protein foods like skim milk, curd, Chana, sprouts, soyamilk, eggs, lean meat, sea fishes. Keep yourself hydrated, have small meals in gaps of 2.5-3 hrs. This will help you.
