I have got my TSH levels check it shows 14.06 & over the past months I have put on 20kga weight, i have no appetite, only keep sleeping how do i lose weight i'm 27years old i work at nights. Please advice i'm obese due to this i'm 5.2ft in height and weight 75kgs. Please advice as november is my wedding.

You have to stop eating all packed foods like biscuits, bread, noodles, salty snacks, chocolates, ice-cream and milk products like butter, paneer, ghee etc. Eating higher quantity of natural food like fruits in morning and salad before lunch and dinner. Have 1 serving of sprouts and nuts in evening. Reduce SOS (sugar, oil & salt).
Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you
